Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
The Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is an internationally recognized credential for desktop skills with Microsoft (MS) Office business-place applications. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification demonstrates that the holder has the ability to take full advantage of software features.
Course Highlights
This course is preparation for either or both of two exams, MS Word -- word processing (typing) or MS Excel -- accounting / mathematics / financial analysis (spreadsheet). Student will also gain working knowledge of MS PowerPoint -- presentation (slides) and MS Outlook -- communication, scheduling, and office management (e-mail). An introduction to MS Access -- database management for small business -- is included.

This course will be completed within 36 hours during an 8 day period (full-time) or 6 weeks (part-time).

Certification Requirements
MOS Certification requires passing one exam in the particular subject core track. Basic certifications are available in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook.
